When you purchase or renew your Membership directly through onX Maps, a receipt is automatically sent to the email address on your account.
If you purchase through Apple or Google, a receipt is sent to the email address for the associated App Store or Play Store account, which may be different than your onX Hunt account email address.
Find your Payment Method
If you're not able to find a receipt in your email inbox, click here to log into your account info page and determine your Payment Method.
- Provide your onX email and password to sign in if prompted.
- The Payment Method for your Membership will show www.onXmaps.com, Apple, or Google.
Receipts for purchases made through www.onXmaps.com
If your Payment Method is onXmaps.com, a receipt was emailed to the onX account email on file at the time of the charge.
