One of the key concepts for hunting any species is to identify and locate food sources. Agricultural crops provide a valuable, diverse, and widespread food source throughout many parts of the country. Species such as whitetail deer, waterfowl, pheasants, turkeys, elk, and antelope all key in on different crop types based on availability and time of year.
The 2020 Crop Distribution Layers have their own folder in the Map Layers Menu, like the Hunt Folder, Trails & Rec Folder, and Water Folder. If you don't see the 2020 Crop Distribution Folder in the My Layers Menu, check the Layer Library.

This data is for 2020 crops planted. There is no way to guarantee the accuracy of the data (ground-truthing is done) as this data set is created by aerial imagery analysis. What hunters will see in the field on their actual hunt will be based on weather conditions such as rain or drought, crop rotations, and crop prices/
