Try our new and improved password reset flow:
- Go to identity.onxmaps.com/recovery
- If you are not logged in on your browser, you will be prompted to enter the email you use for your onX account. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password.
- If you are automatically logged in, find "My Account & Settings" in the left-hand navigation menu. In "My Account", you can change your password, or logout and then return to identity.onxmaps.com/recovery to enter your email address.
If the password reset email is not in your inbox or spam folder after 10 minutes, most likely your onX account is connected to a different email address.
Please try resetting your password again using any other emails you have access to. This may include:
- Old email addresses you no longer use regularly
- Work email addresses from current or past employers
- Friends' or family members' email addresses if they've ever used your mobile device
