If the password reset email is not in your inbox or spam folder after 10 minutes, most likely your onX account is connected to a different email address.
Please try resetting your password again using any other emails you have access to. This may include:
- Old email addresses you no longer use regularly
- Work email addresses from current or past employers
- Friends' or family members' email addresses if they've ever used your mobile device
If you cannot find the password reset email in any email inbox, most likely there was a typo in your email address when you first set up the account.
