Wind & Weather information is provided by NOAA weather stations. You can access Wind & Weather information using the Wind & Weather Button or using the Weather tab on info cards.

Using the Wind & Weather Button in the onX Hunt App
The Wind & Weather Button in the upper right corner shows the temperature from the closest NOAA weather station, by default. NOAA weather stations are represented by round icons all around the map. If there isn't a weather station visible on your map when you first launch the app, the Wind & Weather Button won't display any information until the map includes a weather station. Zoom out until a Weather Station is visible on your screen and the Wind & Weather feature will connect to the station.
Tap the Wind & Weather Button to view more detailed weather info in the Weather Card.
You can change the information displayed in the Weather Stations on your map, or turn them off completely, by tapping the buttons above the Weather Card.
As you move around the map, the Wind & Weather Button will change to display the conditions from the closest weather station to the center of your view.
Tap any Weather Station on the map to see the full forecast from that station, and lock the display inside the Wind & Weather Button to that station.
When the Wind & Weather Button is locked to a station, the button will continue to display conditions from that station as you move the map until you close the onX Hunt App. To unlock the Wind & Weather Button from a station, close the onX Hunt App and re-open it.
You can also view Wind & Weather information near any location by tapping the map and then tapping the Weather Tab in the info card.
Using the Wind & Weather Button in the onX Hunt Web Map
The Wind & Weather Button in the lower right corner shows the temperature from the closest NOAA weather station, by default.
Click the Wind & Weather Button to view the forecast. Click the tabs at the top of the Wind & Weather info card to view current conditions, weekly forecasts, hourly forecasts, and moon phases.
As you move around the map, the Wind & Weather Button will change to display the conditions from the closest weather station to the center of your view.
