We want to make your upgrade experience as quick and seamless as possible. Please follow the steps below and if you encounter frustrations or issues, please contact our customer service team.
When you upgrade from onX Hunt Premium to onX Hunt Elite, it is important that you do NOT cancel your Premium Membership, and upgrade through the same billing source where you originally purchased your Premium Membership. This way you:
- Are not billed for two memberships at once.
- Receive credit for the remaining time on your Premium Membership.
Depending on how you signed up originally, your Membership could be billed through the iTunes & App Store, the Google Play Store, or onXmaps.com. When you upgrade from Premium to Elite, upgrade through the same billing source where you originally purchased your Premium Membership.
The easiest way to find your Premium Membership billing source is to track down the original receipt. Check your email inbox from around the time of your original purchase for a receipt from the App Store, the Google Play Store, or onXmaps.com.
If you can't find the receipt, check your App Store subscriptions page if you have an iPhone or iPad, or your Google Play subscriptions page if you have an Android phone or tablet. If you don't see an onX Hunt subscription in the App Store or Google Play Store, then your Membership is billed by onXmaps.com.

If your billing source is onXmaps.com, click here to upgrade to Elite on our website. If you're asked to create an account, tap "Login" next to "Already have an account?" and enter the email address attached to your onX Hunt Premium Membership.
If your billing source is the App Store or *Google Play Store, upgrade to Elite through the onX Hunt App. Open the onX Hunt App and tap the Main Menu Button in the upper left corner.
Tap "Go Elite" or "Upgrade."
*Google will apply the payment you made for Premium to your Elite upgrade by changing your Membership renewal date based on the remaining time in Premium. When your Membership renews, you will be charged the full price for Elite.
If you can't find your billing source, or didn't receive credit for the remaining time in your Premium Membership, please contact our customer service team by email at email@example.com or by phone at (406)540-1602 and we will personally get you taken care of. We generally respond to all customer contacts within 24 business hours.
