My computer is telling me: "Chip Not Found"
First, double-check that you have the correct chip inserted. The correct chip will have one of our logos:
Next, if you're using the adapter, make sure the slider on the side is set to the "unlock" position.
After checking that everything is correct, disconnect the onX Hunt Chip from your computer, reconnect it and try the update again. If it's still giving you the same error message, try connecting the onX Hunt Chip to your computer using a different method. I got a different error or my onX Hunt Chip still won't update
Please contact customer support using the same email address as the on used to register the chip or purchase the Premium Membership. Provide as many details about the error as possible and include your shipping address.
