You can check your Membership status and expiration or renewal date from the My Account menu in the Web Map.
- From your desktop or laptop computer, log into Web Map.
- Click "Profile & Account" on the left side of the screen.
- Click "My Account" at the top of the Profile & Account menu.
- Your current Membership level status of your automatic renewal will be displayed in the menu beneath "Connected Accounts."
- If you see the word "Expires" followed by a date, your Membership will expire on that date.
- If you see the word "Renews" followed by a date, your Membership will automatically renew on that date.
- If your Membership was purchased via the Google Play store or Apple App store, this will be indicated by the word "Google" or "Apple" following the word "Membership."
If you purchased via Google Play or the Apple App Store and your Membership status or renewal/cancellation date appears to be incorrect in Web Map, please take a screen shot of your Google Play or App Store subscriptions page and email it to email@example.com, along with a brief description of the error. We'll make sure to get it fixed as soon as possible.
