onX updates each state at least once per year, and we get this data directly from the county, but some counties and townships are better at keeping accurate records than others. Whenever our customers come across these rare errors, we have a process in place to get them corrected.
1. Tap the property to bring up the "Additional Information" window:
2. Tap on "Report Error:"
3. Select the Error Type, and please include a brief description of how to fix it in the box labelled "Explain the Error:"
Once we have this information, we will take it to the county for verification the next time we update the area. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!
