onX updates each state at least once per year, and we get this data directly from the county, but some counties and townships are better at keeping accurate records than others. Whenever our customers come across these rare errors, we have a process in place to get them corrected.
1. Tap the property to bring up the "Additional Information" window:
2. Tap on "Report Error."
3. Select all error types that apply and tap "Next."
4. Fill out the appropriate boxes with the corrected information and tap the red "Report Error" button.
Once we have this information, we will take it to our data source for verification the next time we update the area. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
