Depending on how you bought your Membership, your billing may be handled by onX, the iTunes & App Store (iPhones and iPads), or the Google Play Store (Android devices).
If you used a Gift Card or onX Hunt Chip Redeem Code (both have a 16-digit code) to activate your Membership, you can renew your Membership after it expires using your debit or credit card without losing any of your Markups (Waypoints, Routes, Lines, Shapes, and Tracks).
