*NOTE: iPhones and iPads can only use Share Nearby with other iPhones and iPads, and Android devices can only use Share Nearby with other Android devices.
Use Share Nearby to send Markups (Waypoints, Routes, Lines, Shapes, and Tracks) to another, nearby user, even when you're not connected to wifi or mobile data. The sender and the receiver must be within about 3 feet.
When using Share Nearby, the recipient receives a copy of the Markup they can edit and share, as if they created the Markup themselves. To share a Markup that the recipient can't edit, share the Markup using a link when you're connected to the internet. Click here to learn more about sharing using links.
