Click the Profile & Account Button on the left side of the screen. From here you can change your profile picture, update your first and last name, update your email address and password and check your Membership status.
My Profile - Web Map
- Click "Add a Profile Photo" to upload a picture to your account.
If you have already added a Profile Photo, click "Change Photo" to update your profile picture on your account, or click "Delete photo" to remove it from your account.
- Click inside the "First Name" box to add or change the first name displayed on your account.
Click inside the "Last Name" box to add or change the last name displayed on your account.
- Click inside the "Email Address" box to add or change the email address associated with your account.
- Click the red "Save" button to save any changes made to your profile.
NOTE: If your Membership was purchased through the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store, make sure that your email in onX is the same as your email in iTunes or Google, otherwise your Membership may be deactivated upon renewal.
My Account - Web Map
- Click "Change Password" to update the password on your onX account.
- Click "Update Payment Information" to update your credit or debit card information.
NOTE: This option will only be available if your Membership was purchased directly from www.onXmaps.com, or over the phone with an onX customer support agent.
- Click "Connected Accounts" to connect your onX account to your Facebook account.
- Click "Manage" to upgrade or cancel your Membership.
- Your Membership status, purchase source, and renewal or expiration date will be listed underneath "My Memberships."
- Click the black "Logout" button to log out of Web Map.
